From Assignment 1

This paper was a case study that followed a single team using Agile and Scrum methodologies for a two-semester design project working on an Android Application. They looked at several stakeholders: the four students, mentors, and the Android Application client. Through surveys and interviews, they found some initial data which might indicate that using these methodologies is beneficial for all the stakeholders.

There are a few key takeaways for this paper. The keywords on this paper provided another set of keywords I added to my list to utilize in the future: capstone engineering design. This paper will also be essential to reference again if there is a conversation around the value of adding Agile and Scrum methodologies to the development. However, this paper was more of a case study than rigorous research looking at both the advantages and disadvantages.
